Use this page to register or update custom papers.
Note
The settings of a registered custom paper can be copied and applied to a new custom paper.
Select the registered custom paper whose settings you want to apply, and then click the Reference button to recall its settings.
To view the settings of a registered custom paper, click Check Modes.
Using up to 38 characters, enter a name for the new custom paper or the custom paper whose settings you are changing.
Select the size of the paper.
If you select Custom, you must then also select an appropriate option in the Custom Paper Size box.
Enter a custom paper size after selecting Custom.
In the units set on the machine (mm or inches), enter the length of the paper's short and long edges in the Horizontal and Vertical boxes respectively.
Select the paper type.
Select the paper color.
Select the coated paper type.
Select the textured or not.
Specify whether or not the custom paper is punched.
Select the weight of the paper.
Displays the weight of the paper in grams per square meter (g/m²).
Click this button if you change the settings for Paper Type, Paper Color, Coated Paper Type, Prepunched Paper, and/or Paper Weight.
This function initializes the setting items under Advanced Settings according to the settings you have changed.
If you do not click the Apply button, the settings will not be applied even if you click OK .
Select whether to apply duplex printing to paper fed from the tray.
Even if On is selected, the tray might not support duplex printing, depending on the type and thickness of the paper that is loaded in it.
Select whether to use the tray when Auto Select is chosen as the paper source.
When On is selected, the tray will be automatically selected according to the job's settings.
When Off is selected, the tray will not be selected even if the size and type of paper loaded in it matches the job's settings.
Selecting Off can prevent paper loaded in the tray, such as high quality paper and special paper, being fed in and printed on automatically.
You can make the advanced settings for the custom paper that was specified in the Tray Paper Settings area.

Click to apply the settings.
Click to first save the current settings and then return all the settings on the page to their default values so that a new custom paper can be registered.
Click to cancel the settings.
