If you specify Custom Paper for Select Tray Paper Settings, you must then specify a custom paper in the list to apply its settings. To view the settings of a registered custom paper, click Check Modes.
If you specify Tray Paper Settings for Select Tray Paper Settings, you must then specify the following settings manually for the paper loaded in the input tray:
In the Paper Size list, select the size of paper loaded in the input tray.

Note
Enter the custom paper size when Custom Size is selected.
Enter the length of the paper's short and long edges, in the Horizontal and Vertical boxes respectively, in the units set on the machine (inch or mm).
Note
Select the paper type in the box.
Note
Select the paper weight from the drop down menu.
Note
Select to use the tray when Auto Select is chosen as the paper source.
When On is selected, the tray is automatically selected according to the job settings.
