Available Wireless Devices
Select the appropriate wireless device and click "Next".

If you do not see your wireless device, click the "Refresh" button to attempt to re-discover it within your environment. If you are still unable to see it, please check the following:
  1. Make sure that your wireless device is switched on.

  2. (Only applicable to users who are not using a USB or LAN cable to configure their wireless device) Try moving your wireless device closer to your PC or Wireless Access Point (depending on connection type).

  3. You may wish to temporarily disable any firewall software that may be running on your computer as it may be preventing your computer from discovering any wireless devices. If you choose to temporarily disable your firewall, you may wish to disconnect your Access Point from the Internet to prevent any security vulnerabilities to your computer.
