Network Installation Help
Select a possible cause:
Printer or computer might have lost network connection or they are on different subnets
Either the printer or computer lost the connection to your network during the software installation or they are on different subnets.
If you are trying to install over a wireless network, confirm that your printer is wirelessly connected to your computer, and then select Retry on this screen.
NOTE: You can select the Wireless button on the printer control panel to access the wireless menu and check the printer’s connection status to the network.
If your printer and computer are on different subnets, select Cancel on this screen. On subsequent screens you might need to manually enter your IP address to install.
